Square Perfect offers premium products at wholesale prices. We specialize in Photography Equipment, photo supplies and accessories and much more. Our goal is to make sure every customer is a repeat customer. Your satisfaction is our priority.
What is your Shipping Policy?
We do everything we can to ship your order out as soon as possible - your satisfaction is our priority! Assuming your order has been completed and paid, we will do everything we can to get it out within 1 business day! Items are typically shipped either the same business day (Monday through Friday) or the next business day of receipt of payment. You will be notified by email when your item has been shipped. Our Standard Shipping services include FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, or FedEx SmartPost--picked up by FedEx and delivered by USPS. We will determine the method of shipping at the time of shipment. You will get a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. United States Shipping. We offer FREE SHIPPING within the lower 48 states! Insurance is free! Delivery time is typically 3 to 7 business days. When you checkout, you will have an opportunity to upgrade your shipping. All packages are sent via FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, or FedEx Smart Post. Express packages will be sent either USPS Express or FedEx 2nd Day Air and should arrive in 3 business days or faster. NOTE: We do not ship to APO’s or P.O. Boxes at this time. Discount Tommy is pleased to inform you we provide insurance on every package we ship at no cost to you. All orders have a tracking number assigned. *Local Pick Up is available at our Mancelona, Michigan location Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse and require further processing. Please call ahead to ensure that your item is in stock at our location before pick-up.. International Shipping We ship worldwide via Fedex International Economy or USPS Priority Mail. International Duties, Taxes and Fees are not included in the shipping price and they are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery! Charges to clear your customs office for taxes and other charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are beyond our control and vary by country. Please call your local customs office for more information. We will state the purchase price, not including shipping, on the Customs Forms. We are required by law to state the actual purchase price for declared value. We cannot change this amount. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to the following Countries: Russia, Lithuania, Latvia; or the Continent of Africa. Shipping Damage If your purchase has been obviously damaged during shipping, you should refuse the shipment. The carrier will return the product to us and a replacement will be shipped, if available. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund.

What is your Return Policy?
We want you to love every item you buy from Square Perfect. We have been serving customers since 1999, and your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. If there is anything we can do to help you avoid returning an item, please contact us to let us know how we can help. In the event you have received a damaged product, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) by sending an email request to sales@dtxinternational.com. In the email, please include the transaction ID number. All other returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping will not be reimbursed. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the authorization (RMA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the PayPal transaction date. Units to be returned should be packed carefully. We strongly recommend you use a delivery service that can be tracked and insured.
Cancellations or returns of any kind will incur a 20% restocking fee to the buyer. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for sufficiently packing and insuring returned items unless otherwise agreed upon. If your purchase has been damaged during shipping, a damage claim will be filed, the product will be returned to us, and a replacement will be shipped at our expense. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund. All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery--NO Exceptions.
