How do I purchase an item?
To purchase an item, first click on the image or title of that product.
Then on the following page, the product detail page, click the "Add to Cart"
button to place the item in to your shopping cart. Once you are done
shopping and you are ready to complete your purchases, please click the
"Checkout" link at the top right of the storefront page.
Who am I buying from?
Square Perfect offers premium products at wholesale prices. We specialize in Photography Equipment, photo supplies and accessories and much more. Our goal is to make sure every customer is a repeat customer. Your satisfaction is our priority.
What is your Shipping Policy?
Domestic (USA) orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Pickup from our warehouse is permitted with advance notice. We do not ship to Domestic PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, or Puerto Rico. International orders (including Canada) orders are shipped via UPS Standard (Ground) with tracking and insurance. Duties, VAT, taxes and brokerage fees are the sole responsiblity of the purchaser. We are not able to waive duties on items or reduce the invoice amount due to US regulations. Please note that we cannot ship to International/Canadian PO boxes.

What is your Return Policy?
We want you to love every item you buy from Square Perfect and are happy to accept returns on any unopened items for up to 30 days. We have been serving customers since 1999, and your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. If there is anything we can do to help you avoid returning an item, please contact us to let us know how we can help. In the event you have received a damaged product, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) by sending an email request to sales@dtxinternational.com. In the email, please include the transaction ID number. All other returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping will not be reimbursed. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the authorization (RMA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the PayPal transaction date. Units to be returned should be packed carefully. We strongly recommend you use a delivery service that can be tracked and insured.
